First course: Sopa de fideo. Roasted chayote, guajillo epazote chile

broth, queso de cincho.

Second course: Empanada Golden pork carnitas with onions, garlic,

Monterrey jack cheese, thyme-chile ancho salsa.

Third course: Pescado del día, pan seared scallops, with crispy

potato cake, brown butter brussels sprouts, salsa chile guero.

Amazing final course: Banana cream tart, vanilla custard, salted

roasted peanuts, white chocolate-brandy Mexican cinnamon cream.
